  • One drink a day.

    If you are a non-drinker, you perhaps have developed much more better habits to counter fatigue and stress in your life. But if alcohol is necessary for your physical and mental recovery after a hard day at work, then 1 drink a day is a rule that you need to follow. Along with some food already in your stomach.

    If you are a non-drinker and want to start drinking, don’t. Your genes will perhaps not receive any benefit from alcohol consumption.

    But if you drink a 750ml bottle of beer a day, then you need help moderating your alcohol consumption.

    12 to 14 grams of alcohol a day can be beneficial to the human body. It can reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and gallstones.

    Never drink alcohol in bouts. Like drink 7 glasses of wine in 1 day and then abstain for 6 next days. That doesn’t have any benefit. Also, a fast absorption of alcohol in your blood is bad for your health.

    IMHO, I would drink 1 glass of wine at least 2-3 days of the week without having any bad effects, which will give me only the benefits of alcohol to my body.

    Please stop drinking any alcohol, men or women, if you are planning to get pregnant.

  • Marketing comes from a Hindu.

    Hindu speaks and dares to speak the truth. Hindu avoids alcohol. Hindu avoids tobacco. Hindu praises celebacy.

    That’s why a self-restrained Hinduism is allowed to tell the world what’s worth it and what is not.

    According to Christianity, Hinduism is a Diwali at White House. According to Islam, Hinduism is the Taj Mahal in Agra.

    The world praises Hinduism for its quest for purity. Whether it’s a vegetarian food or whether it’s the serenity of Meditation. It’s called inside out.

    Hindu has come a long way from bearing with Islam and Christianity. Almost like a lady bearing with a brutal husband. Islam tortured Hindus. Christianity tortured Hindus. But a Hindu survived shining in the glory of its purity.

    We love Hindu food. We love Hindu Gods. We love Hindu scriptures.

    Only thing we wish is, Hindu speaks the truth.

  • Telemedicine and Insurance.

    A cell phone app can verify the medical insurance and connect you with the best available doctor for your illness within 15 minutes.

    That will be my next doctor’s appointment in India. No more travelling to Mumbai or Delhi for the best facilities. Everything on your Android or iOS phone.

    Next in India will be everyone wearing a patch that senses the blood characteristics and tells the Android or iOS phones what to tell doctors about your health.

    India is at a unique crossroads where the need for technology and the adoption of technology is at the same rate.

    Seems like medical outsourcing is a tide to come in the USA.

  • Bias for Action in India.

    Ok then, you tell me what to do. Is a favorite statement that comes after a husband and wife fight ends or after an argument with an Indian team ends.

    Then why did you waste everyone’s time?

    Because you have an opinion. Given by India’s Democracy. Unfortunately, the world doesn’t work like this. First, they don’t argue. And if they argue, their arguments are not so empowered.

    In China, lot of manufacturing gets outsourced. They follow what USA wants. In fact so well, that sometimes they can tell what USA wants.

    You go to UK, same thing happens.

    Then how come India gets so much in trouble following the instructions? Let them be the instructions to run an outsourced team or let them be the instructions to run an Amway organization.

    It happens because they assume that Christians are wrong in the USA. USA doesn’t know what they are doing. India needs to suggest them, what changes are needed in the USA. Whether it’s FDA, or Push Pull code, or even what the President of the USA should or shouldn’t do.

    Indians need to change everything in the USA. They need to make it more efficient. More tolerant. Less dominating, so on and so forth.

    No. Seriously speaking, USA doesn’t need any of this.

    They just need you to follow the instructions.

  • RSS and Ban on American Goods.

    Americans don’t even know that in India, there is a special movement to hate America.

    They hate America for absolutely no reason. They are like monkeys. You talk to them, they all have German cars. For example, Narendra Modi is RSS guy. He drives a 7 series BMW.

    Then what’s wrong with America? Is RSS a bogus organization?

    Yes, RSS never knew what they were doing. From the murder of MK Gandhi to Ban on American Goods, everything was dumb, dumber and dumbest. That’s the hallmark of RSS.

    But after all, India is a country of apes. So they cheer for RSS monkeys without asking the RSS Chief Mr Bhagwat, why you killed MK Gandhi?

    If Gandhi had been the first Prime Minister of India, RSS wouldn’t have existed. That’s why. It’s a Political and Extremist Hindu Organization that needs to be closed by any Democratic Government.

    But there’s a catch. Is Narendra Modi a Democratic guy? Or does he piggyback the idea of Democracy for his personal political advantage? It’s just a Siyasat. Period. Nobody cares for Democracy in India.

  • Post Office in India.

    Once, my mother asked me to deposit money in the Post Office in India. It was a big trouble for her. You have to dress up. You have to walk. You have to get all ducks in a row, etc.

    I did this. I walked to the Post Office and deposited the money. There was no hassle.

    But a strange thing happened. There was a lady who came right at the closing. And then she started hovering over all the desks. I was waiting there to watch the interesting phenomenon.

    The pleading that woman was making was beyond ordinary. She was pretty much begging. I didn’t get it. The staff have to go home at some time. They have very clearly given their timings.

    Where did that lady learn so much of pleading? It was unbelievable. In the USA, even in the emergency room, you don’t plead. The software knows who needs immediate attention. You check in and wait for your turn.

    I disagree with that woman on pleading. Do your job, is a Hindu teaching. Karma is your duty. Then, which Hindus are they?

    I go late, I take the brunt, it’s that simple.

    Sympathy mongering comes from the lower caste. Enough said about the contamination of the Hindu religion.

  • F-35 The King of Stealth.

    15 other nations have procured F-35 yet. That’s quite a testimony of its prowess.

    Should USA add another feather in its crown? Maybe.

    We should not give it to any wrong nation. It could be Turkey or it could be Pakistan. These nations will get our patented technology which is worth lot more than 85 million USDs.

    Countering the offers from rival nations like, France or Russia is one thing. But not making the technology available to rogue nations should be of utmost importance. F-35 means victory. We cannot give it to a bargaining nation. We need absolute loyalty.

    Technology of F-35 can be and will be updated over the period of its life, whether the nation needs it or not. That’s the US credibility.

    Then why not choose the partner very carefully.

    India is one such nation, that can develop their own stealth technology, so we are not at a bigger risk of losing our hard earned one. India can make their own Air to Air missiles, which USA will have to program for their weight and ignition time. But the advantage the India will get is the ability to fire their much feared missiles at a pin point accuracy, even in the presence of the most advanced radars.

    They need about 200 of them in the near future.

    We can give them in lieu of their missile technology which USA can procure in thousands. Let’s put India on the map of defense partners that can give us real advantage in terms of cost, personnel and technology.

  • India and NATO.

    India’s defence budget is about 80 billion dollars. Of which most of the budget is allocated to the Army.

    But does India need this much of an Army?

    One of the areas in the world apart from the India-Pakistan border that is soft and vulnerable to war is the Europe-Russia border. Why doesn’t India deploy their troops to Europe?

    India will have to send only the troops and hardware. As far as the expenses of the troops are concerned, European nations can take care of them.

    One big decision that India will have to make is to fight against Russia. Is it possible? Yes, it is. India went to Russia during 20th century because they considered Great Britain as its enemy. But that was a misunderstanding. That was due to lack of English education in the Hindu nation of India.

    Today, the Indians are fluent in English. They learn English from their Primary Schools. The hostility between UK and India is diminishing. They are no more the enemies. Then why the Russia is taking the cake?

    I was born in India’s post-independence era. I don’t get it. Christianity is me, Hinduism is me. How Russia is correct? Just because they are the enemies of UK?

    If India becomes Europe, many friendships and rivalries could benefit.

  • GC.Collect()

    using System;

    class MyGCCollectClass
    {
    private const int maxGarbage = 1000;

    static void Main()
    {
    // Put some objects in memory.
    MyGCCollectClass.MakeSomeGarbage();
    Console.WriteLine(“Memory used before collection: {0:N0}”,
    GC.GetTotalMemory(false));

      // Collect all generations of memory.
      GC.Collect();
      Console.WriteLine("Memory used after full collection: {0:N0}",
                        GC.GetTotalMemory(true));

    }

    static void MakeSomeGarbage()
    {
    Version vt;

      // Create objects and release them to fill up memory with unused objects.
      for(int i = 0; i < maxGarbage; i++) {
         vt = new Version();
      }

    }
    }
    // The output from the example resembles the following:
    // Memory used before collection: 79,392
    // Memory used after full collection: 52,640

  • Economic Policy by Chitra.

    The loans are given pretty much at the fixed interest rates. So the real price you pay on the loans is quite high over the period of the loans.

    Many small businesses and students take loans from banks. Though every business has different needs and different credit history of the borrowers, the interest rates are fixed over the period of the loan.

    Then the recession comes, the loans cannot be repaid and the layoffs happen. It starts a downward spiral from thereon.

    If we can adjust the interest rates of the loans at any time of the loan period then it should work. Let’s say during a high profit era of the business or the student, lower the interest rates and increase the repayment of the principal amount. While during the not so profitable era of the business or the student, increase the interest rate but recover only the interest amount.

    Whether in terms of interest or in terms of the principal, either way you recover at least the principal. Which is the goal of the Governments anyway.

    For example you take a loan of 200k for education, while you only need 100k. The interest rate when having a job is 3%, so you make 30k payments per year at 3%. Of which 24k goes to principal. While not having a job, you pay 12k a year, of which 12k goes to the interest at 6%.

    But remember you have at least 100k extra to play with here plus your credit rating is not going to be affected. So you can even buy a house with another loan. And there should not be any recession.
