Boeing in Malvan.
They said they love fish.
I love Bombay Duck among them. Especially the fried one, just like fish and chips.
IMHO, Bombay Duck should be served every day at Boeing Malvan.
Malvan is a place of cool people. Basked in the Sun and drenched in Coconut Water. A perfect combination. We need cool people to assemble the aircraft, not the jobhoppers.
They are technically smart. They make their own boats just like in Seattle.
In fact, we should also take shipbuilding to Malvan. Stinger Shipbuilding Inc can go to Malvan. One of the ideas is to make a layered aircraft carrier. So that even if the missile hits the carrier, the carrier can shed the skin and stay extremely afloat.
We can also build a carrier with 2 parallel runways where the aircraft can be moved using conveyor belts to the back of one of the runways.
So far, the place is available for building a 1 km x 1 km Boeing factory.
India is on the cusp of a transportation revolution. Every state in India can host around 8 airports. That will take them to 200 domestic airports. That many airports will need that much gas. Qatar or the UAE could be the partners in gas.
And we are not yet talking about the energy sector.
Let’s make Malvan an example for the world to be one of the best-managed cities. Mr Narayan Rane needs to take responsibility.
All of the USA is waiting to devour the Bombay Duck. Please make it happen.

NHL and India.
National Hockey League will be a good sport for Indians to play.
By Indians, I mean East Indians.
Full list of India’s 13 Olympic hockey medals, captains, players, from 1928 to 2024
India has always been good at sticks. Spare a stick and spoil a child is India’s philosophy.
They even play Polo.
The average NHL salary is 3.5 million USD. I think it won’t be difficult for India to win the Stanley Cup.

Melinda Gates is learning from me.
My mother came to the USA for the first time in 2007.
She came from a country where visitors are considered God. (Atithi Devo Bhava)
Obviously, she wasn’t expecting the 5-star welcome that Melinda gets in India. Agreed.
But that doesn’t mean she has to go back running to an airport as if she committed a crime. Who did it to her? Srimani is the answer.
I asked Srimani a question about async/await today. He couldn’t answer. That’s it. I win, my mother wins, and Melinda also wins. It was Srimani’s mistake.
But Melinda wants both me and my mother to be raped. Why? It’s called insanity. And it’s repeating again and again.
When my mother came to the USA in 2014, she told someone what happened in 2007, for the first time. Now Melinda is taking offence at it. I don’t think Melinda is like Sandra Bullock from the movie Crash.
My mother kept absolutely quiet from 2007 til 2014. That’s 7 years of tyranny. And Melinda is saying she should not even open her mouth once?
Come on. This is the USA. Melinda is acting like Saddam Hussein’s wife. Period.

Paratha, the Panini from India.
Haldiram makes good Parathas that you can get at Indian grocery stores.
Their Parathas are made in Olive Oil.
Panini is when you put something between two slices of bread and grill it on both sides.
Paratha is when you put something between two sides of Indian Flatbread and grill it on both sides.
It’s exactly the same.
There are many kinds of stuffings that Indians have come up with.
Cabbage and Spices.
Potato and Spices.
Mixed vegetables and Spices.
Indian Cheese and Spices.
Fenugreek and Spices.I think it’s one of the best Indian dishes you can order in Indian Restaurants along with Raita.
The health benefits of Paratha are that it’s made with whole wheat. It has lots of fiber, good Olive Oil, and a bunch of vegetables inside. Plus, the Raita has protein from Yogurt.
Next time you visit an Indian Restaurant, please order Paratha and Raita instead of Chicken Tikka Masala and see the difference. Vegetarian food tastes as good as meat if an Indian makes it.

Massage is a boon for Health.
It’s not a 20 billion USD industry for no reason.
In many Western countries, massage is a norm for physical fitness.
Sportspeople do it, Doctors do it, Engineers do it, Politicians do it; almost everyone indulges in a relaxing massage once in a while.
There are mainly 3 types of massages. Swedish, Thai, and Shiatsu.
They all focus on your muscles. By working on your muscles, the toxins go out of your body through the blood. It also helps with muscle relaxation after a sports injury or any disease.
What toxins are released after a massage? The actual benefits
Massage is usually given with music in a nicer mood. It helps you reset your mind from the daily grind, whether you are a mother, doctor, or in any profession that is related to stress.
It improves your focus by putting you in a relaxation for at least an hour every time you visit a massage therapist.
It improves your brain function by sending more oxygen to the brain.
It also helps in your relationships by making you feel comfortable with the touch of a loving person where you are safe.
Is there any disadvantage of a massage?
IMHO, there’s none.

Narendra, a Childless Leader?
He can be lured by any woman to take her womb.
This is a disaster. Of the world.
A leader is one who has a philosophy. Without that, he is a normal human being.
Most of the managers in developed countries become managers after very rigorous work experience, plus MBAs and PhDs.
Narendra is illiterate also.
These 2, a childlessness and illiteracy are the biggest pitfalls of his leadership.
There’s not much we can do about childlessness. But he can educate himself. He can join a University in India or in the USA.
Let’s say he joins a management institute, like Harvard.
He will learn economics, finance, HR, project management, and maybe marketing.
For the cost of USD 150k, that’s a huge asset for the country.
I do believe that formal education is the fastest way to learn and progress in life instead of work experience, which takes decades to build.

I want to marry in the USA.
There are H4B visas available to marry H1B guys in the USA.
Many girls from India die to marry such guys; obviously, these girls are some of the smartest from India and China.
So, in general, it’s a good thing to bring such girls into the USA.
But what about the fake visas here? How does a visa officer know that it’s not a visa fraud?
I have seen some of the worst girls come to the USA on H4B visas. They talk about India and their parents in India for 24 hours. Then how come the visa officer doesn’t filter them out?
USA is extremely humanistic here. Their Valentine’s Day hearts melt when they see a girl trying to meet her beau. They don’t think. They grant.
IMHO, these visas should be filtered. The girls should be given free visas, though the F1 ones. The girls who come to the USA from India and China have to enroll in school to live in the USA. Our sons and we don’t want girls to talk about India and their parents for 24 hours.
We want our sons to get F35 pilot girls, doctor girls, MBA girls, and maybe engineer and lawyer girls. Period. Lawyers are most welcome.
Lives are ruined, countries are ruined. When India has an illiterate Prime Minister, the 1.4 billion population of the world is ruined.
They say, teach a girl and uplift a family from poverty. Then why are H4B visas given blindly, Mr Valentine’s Day?

Nagrale, the SC ST.
So the fight was: why did 12th grade go so bad?
Otherwise, by now the distinction between DY Patil and Sardar Patel would have been very clear.
Very easy to know that in the USA, there’s no reservation like OBC, SC, ST. So just measure the performance in the USA.
The guy joins 3 great companies, if not 4.
The girl joins 1 dungy company and messes up California, saying she won’t even get a job in Maine, so she has to live in California.
The guy gets a job in Maine also.
But Nagrale needs more data. How much more does an SC ST need? It was 2023 when the mother told him to take back the case. He wasted 3 years of a billion-dollar IPO. A management graduate is against an IPO of a nice LITTLE company in California.
Seems like denying on the face is a style of SC ST.
What will you do if we simply deny? I know this part. In India, it’s called Nad Jana.
What I don’t understand is how a management and engineering graduate can deny that he is overdoing it? When he has been advised by 3 people to stop overdoing it.
Something is in the culture that if you char the meat, it tastes better.
In reality, it doesn’t. You have to cook the meat perfectly. Not less, not more.
Bad cooking in SC ST is what it is.

Mother Mary, the origin of the Earth.
Peter said, if you have faith, that’s the beginning.
Add diligence to it. Add virtues to it. Add knowledge to it. Add restraint to it. Add patience to it. Add godliness to it. Add brethren to it. Add kindness to it. Add charity to it.
Now have these qualities in abundance, you know what Jesus Christ is.
We take Mother Mary as the origin of the Earth because she simply cannot be beaten, giving birth to such pristine genes.
In today’s world of corporate MBAs, Harvard MBA scores the best.
It teaches you to be truthful and transparent. It teaches you to give. It teaches you to be fair. It teaches you to take accountability.
Harvard was not born out of nothing. Not from making money, for sure. I have seen Harvard giving us Barack Obama. I have seen Harvard giving us Bill Gates. I have seen Harvard giving us Mark Zuckerberg. I have seen Harvard giving us Michael Crichton.
If you think today’s MBA is corrupt. You have learned in the wrong school.
That’s why trust Mother Mary. She will take you on the right path.

Denial.
I want to make millions of dollars when I don’t even get the H1B visa; that’s an example of a denial.
Usually, denial comes from delusional people. By delusional, it means they cannot accept reality.
There are a bunch of reasons why people cannot accept reality. One of them is that their reality is quite dim. Obviously, they don’t want to accept it. Another is that there’s an injustice. Sometimes, people have put in all their efforts, but still they face hurdles. Then it becomes difficult to accept the failure and to accept the reality that there are no results. Another is some kind of wrong upbringing, where someone else has been fulfilling your needs, then suddenly you assume that you will be able to fulfill your needs as well. And that doesn’t happen.
Men, women, and even countries can be in denial.
To make progress in life, you need to put more efforts to get less results, usually.
Which means, keep on trying and one day, your efforts may be enough to get the results that you wanted.
Or, you can change the expectations as well, like I want to make 200k dollars instead of millions of dollars. Then that might become achievable. And people won’t call you delusional.
So, changing your efforts or changing your expectations are two things that you can do to come out of any denial.
Countries have a different problem, though. They have different ways to reach a consensus on what should be the change. Should the change be in efforts, or should the change be in expectations?
I think changing the expectations is a better way for countries to deal with it. Because countries are big. And you cannot change the efforts so easily. More efforts will need more funding, more manpower, and more hard work. Not all these factors may come in sync immediately.
