Germination.

Germination of an idea is known to the world.

Elon Musk is the Guru of such things.

How about a patent court in India? In fact, in Mumbai, India.

By a patent court in Mumbai, India, I mean the USPTO patents cannot be infringed in India. Any infringement will be disputed in front of a Mumbai Jury by both parties.

For example, iPhone competitor Samsung uses the Indian market to overcome the sales targets they could miss in the USA by copying the iPhone camera app. Then, in India, the USA can easily dispute the infringement.

What the USA will lose is that people in India should be able to search through the patents of the USA. But on the positive side, USPTO can allow or deny the patent from India that is written after a deep search into the USPTO’s existing patents.

So seems like an American court in Mumbai, India, is not a bad idea. But it’s open for discussion.
