Don’t want to work.

What if my colleague impresses my boss more than me? A question asked by Sharad, Sandhya, Srimani, and Kash.

They are all Republican workers.

The idea is, they don’t want to work themselves. That’s why they suppress Democrats from working. They create hurdles in Democrats’ work so as to slow them down or eliminate them from the workplaces.

But unfortunately, the whole idea is that they themselves don’t want to work, and they want Democrats not to work.

Some weird southener style.

If you work, then hold on for a couple of days until you tell your boss. Why? So that the boss doesn’t expect more the next time. Very very old school.

When the work is done, it’s done is a Democrat style. You report to your boss immediately. Then your boss gives you a candy. Says good job and gives you a couple of days off. Your boss is working hard himself. So he manages the buffer for you.

I love the latter. Not the Kash style, where he tortures his colleagues so that they don’t work more.

Like an old adage says, work while you work and play while you play. Where does this delay the reporting culture come from? Southners?
