• Beauty and the Office.

There are many websites like monster, dice, linkedin where you apply for a job. Your application gets funneled to the best candidates. You then are called to an interview. You are again funneled from about 3 candidates. If you win, you get a job.

But there’s another way, that is to bypass the funnel.

    Loreal, you are worth it.

There are a bunch of innocent beauties in the industry. Who are nothing but a mess.

Why do we forget all our wits when we look at a beautiful woman?

Professors lose it. We all know the story of a coffee and the professor.

Professors are some of the most intelligent people in the world. Then how does an innocent thing happen to them?

There was an experiment done on a monkey. He was shown a white person and a black person. The monkey repeatedly chose a white person. So it’s in our genes. The more apelike the professor is, the more he will go for a coffee.

The workplaces in the USA are free of any discrimination. Age, sex, color, even the national origin.

But are they free of our genetic biases?

Unfortunately, we are not there yet. So until we get there, enjoy these innocent beauties in the office. In fact, I know such a person who is a VP of HR herself.

  • India’s policy against Pakistan.

While Mr Aditya Thackeray is cutting grass for last decade, I have given India a policy against its neighbor.

The policy is not about starving people to death but to grab the growing market of a Shiaite community in terms of agriculture, technology, and infrastructure.

I have even written emails to the Prime Minister of Pakistan, explaining the same. In fact, after I wrote emails, Mr Narendra Modi decided to meet with Pakistan’s Prime Minister.

India should be a vegetarian nation. There should be no meat slaughtering in India. The meat shops in India are only an example of the most unhygienic food businesses in the world. They should not exist. Period.

Pakistan exports 124,000 tonnes of meat every year right now. They in reality, produce 5.8 million tonnes of meat. Out of which India will need 1 million tonnes.

Pakistan will earn about 1 billion USD from India. That will buy 10 fighter jets for Pakistan. It’s not a match for India’s mighty fleet of 300 aircrafts.

The problem is Bombay Scottish learned Mr Aditya Thackeray is cutting grass instead of developing laws in India.

BJP’s politics of Hinduism is like putting all eggs in one basket. What about French Rafales and American Teslas then? And what about China capturing another country in the world named Pakistan?

My policy will work. It will work in offsetting China’s influence on Pakistan as well. And it will work in making a true friendship between a Hindu and a Muslim nation over the dinner table.

  • How they instigate.

Politics of controversy is a style adopted by the people who don’t want to do any real work.

For example, UBT Shiv Sena. It’s always been like this. No surprises. The idea is that, we have x amount of material to give. Then how to get the MAX mileage?

Work less, talk more is the model of UBT Shiv Sena to last longer.

For a decade, Mr Aditya Thackeray has done nothing.

Where is the progress card of UBT Shiv Sena? What they have achieved though in last 10 years, is a friendship with some Muslims to increase their votes.

It’s a lame Political party that doesn’t have a Marathi agenda anymore.

On the other hand, AAP and BJP have been talking less and building more. There’s no alternative to AAP and BJP Governments in India for at least the next 50 years.

When people don’t want to work, they want to instigate. Make controversies and pull the crowd into an immersive experience of hatred, violence, and family feuds.

Beware of Mr Aditya Thackeray, especially after the Sushant Singh and Disha Salian violence.

They will resort to the 1993 masacre in Mumbai if they are in the fear of losing power.

  • Open Source Contributions.

There was a revolution in about 1995 when Windows 95 came in the picture. It offered a user friendly UI. In fact the word UI became famous because of Windows 95.

But there was another revolution going on. That was a shift from Open Source to supported software.

The world wanted customer support where your grandma can call the phone number and ask how to setup a DSL modem.

Entire industry stood behind this model. Trillions of dollars and countries were made.

But what happened to the Open Source? It’s a surprise that Open Source still exists and it’s also thriving. Python, Golang, JavaScript, are ruling the developer world. They all have come from Open Source.

Being open to the world means you are making yourself transparent to the quality. Open Source programming languages and even the hardware has made breakthroughs in terms of technology and security. Most of the security software comes from Open Source.

India can adopt the Open Source model to its Governance. There could be a TV Channel which is dedicated to the Parliament. Where all sessions are transmitted over the air to the population of India. With digital India, the votes could be taken on issues in real time over the peripherals connected to the TVs. This will be a next step in the Democracy.

It’s just a tip of an iceberg. Real digitization means participation of people in real time IMHO.

India will not only develop a robust Democracy but the digitization will play a role that NASA played in making USA the most advanced country.

    Maybe that’s enough said.

  • Guns, money and Marathi.

Yes, we are talking about Thackerays.

An institute that was born out of fallacy. A fallacy of Bombay Scottish School. How can a person educated in Bombay Scottish School run a political party that was born to keep Marathi language alive?

It’s a delusional idea to say Marathi should be spoken by everyone, as delusional as saying English should be spoken by everyone.

Talking about delusion. Raj Thackeray, Uddhav Thackeray and Aditya Thackeray are all delusional. They are staunch Marathis who believe that it’s the north Indians who have made a mess of Mumbai.

Why Thackerays don’t go to Ayodhya and build a Ram Temple and claim the land of Uttar Pradesh instead of blaming north Indians for the mess?

Wait a minute, they did. they actually did.

In fact, Thackerays now want to claim a land in California. Maybe in Sunnyvale, California.

Are they going to speak Marathi in California? No they won’t.

“North Indians” is a delusion Thackerays want to sell to poor Marathis for votes. While they made a mess of Ayodhya very deliberately. To the extent of a serious crime.

It’s possible Thackerays instigated the 1993 riots in which 800 people died. It’s the fear of guns that deters the Uttar Pradesh population. And Thackerays want it so. Then why Uttar Pradesh doesn’t wield a power of guns against Thackerays?

Because Uttar Pradesh is a Democracy. And Thackerays is a self-proclaimed Parallel Government.

    I condemn any form of a parallel government. It’s a mutiny. It’s a treason. It’s a counterfeit Democracy.

Let’s join hands in condemning Thackerays as treasonous goons of India who have betrayed the Democracy. It won’t be far from Terrorism that India will be known for in at least North America.

  • Narendra has it.

The first Prime Minister of India who locked horns with any Leader of the world is Narendra. It takes a different level of understanding to deal with Russia and USA together. Only India is capable of that is shown by Narendra.

From a humble beginning to the top of the nation. The trajectory will make anyone shake at their knees. Constant criticism, moral attacks, threats and ostracism. Narendra has seen it all. Today, India has achieved an Operatioin Sindoor against Pakistan on its own strength. Narendra got the glory to India with this operation by doing it on its own.

The only anomaly still haunts Narendra is his affiliation to RSS. He is seen as a hater of other religions. He is seen as a murderer of Mahatma Gandhi. But with 3 years into the next elections I am sure he can turn the tables and come up victorious again.

Like Sachin Tendulkar, India needed Narendra Modi, a true son of India.

  • Is vegetarian food really that great?

IMHO it is. Meat is needed for our bodies because our ancestors used to eat meat. There were no crops. But now the countries have made agricultural revolutions and lots of crop is available.

  • Learning is a curse if done by stealing.

I know a girl who pretends to be my friend. All because she needs my brain.

    It’s a curse.

She says, she is not born smart. So if she stays with me, she will become smart. As smart as me gradually.

But do we learn like this?

    I don’t think so.

People learn in 2 ways. 1. By reading books. 2. By making mistakes.

She is making a mistake by thinking that she can become like me. What she is going to learn is, learning is a curse.

All we do is, take our time to learn. We go slow so that the material sticks in our brains. It’s called subconsscious learning. Which I think is the learning that we really make. Because apart from that we almost forget.

Let’s see. Either I am or she is destined for a rude awakening.

  • Thoda Bohot Corruption To Chalta Hai?

This came from the horse’s mouth, Mr Nagrale, the DGP of Maharashtra Police. We don’t agree with it at all. No-corruption should be the policy. There are many Government departments that work in grey areas. Let it be a Municipal department that doles out the FSIs or a Police department that doles out the traffic tickets.

Agreed, by 2026, corruption is present at many levels in many countries. But the problem here is the person approving of it.

The policies trickle down. At the highest level, you need the utter purity. The DGP should adhere to a zero-corruption standard.

This is still not there in India.

When it comes to punishing the politicians, police, or women, we deter ourselves. Thinking the world is going to forgive us if we forgive the world. But the reality is far different.

When we don’t punish politicians, police, or women, what the new generation learns is even worse.

They will say, Corruption Ke Bina Kuch Chalta Hai Kya?
