Narendra, a Childless Leader?

He can be lured by any woman to take her womb.

This is a disaster. Of the world.

A leader is one who has a philosophy. Without that, he is a normal human being.

Most of the managers in developed countries become managers after very rigorous work experience, plus MBAs and PhDs.

Narendra is illiterate also.

These 2, a childlessness and illiteracy are the biggest pitfalls of his leadership.

There’s not much we can do about childlessness. But he can educate himself. He can join a University in India or in the USA.

Let’s say he joins a management institute, like Harvard.

He will learn economics, finance, HR, project management, and maybe marketing.

For the cost of USD 150k, that’s a huge asset for the country.

I do believe that formal education is the fastest way to learn and progress in life instead of work experience, which takes decades to build.
